Last night I was super blessed by the Lord's faithfulness. When we pray and seek him, he leads us. Just that simple. He cares about what is in your heart--big and small. Finding another place to live felt like a big thing to me, but at the same time, felt a little small and petty that it took SO long to feel peace about just where that would be. For whatever reason, I tend to belittle things that are in my heart as genuine need...as if the Lord is like, "seriously? you are asking me for this? you can figure it out, you are just fine." But no, he is there, he is INVOLVED, he sees and walks WITH us. It's about relationship Elisa...DUH :)
This weekend was full of social things, which was busy, but the good kind of busy. Birthday celebrations, standing in line from the wee hours of the morning for the best sale ever (REI scratch n dent), wedding shower, the last Saturday night service at Sojourn before we move to Sundays (!), volleyball games on a gorgeous day, and to top it off last night...
...a housewarming party for our new place!! yay :)
SO this seems like a good excuse to show you some pics of it (and really, this post is for you Stace)...

You guys have a FABULOUS place and can you get me a better photo of the painting above the couch? I can't tell what it is? Is that an Elisa-original??
