looks like my efforts to turn over a new leaf and be a better blogger have not been very successful. i don't think this summer is going to help. it was a crazy week this past week--the kind where you have to remember to breathe. everyday was overflowing to the brim. like saturday i left the house at 6 am and didn't get home until after midnight. everyday felt like that. this does not bode well for blogging and reflecting.
BUT the crazy week did fall just after a beautiful weekend of seeing my very good friend Mary wed Gabe! It was such a fun weekend between last minute details, the rehearsal, bachelorette fun, and of course, the big day! everything came together so well--mary was stunning and radiant, gabe was beaming, and it was so fun to be a part of a union that i so whole-heartedly support. here are a few pics from all the festivities...
pregnant christy, mary and i before the rehearsal
sign making and flag arranging--they used those flags to usher the couple out of the church off to the reception. it was cute!

were our bachelorette party went down! girls night on the town with some great food! :)

The wedding day! special delivery from the groomsmen to mary while we got ready!
the bridesmaids--2 of which were 8 and 9 months pregnant!
