a little bit of this and that

gosh what a bad blogger i am!! i am sorry for my absence. life happens, right? i have the terrible tendency to put things off when i know so much has built up that i can't catch up. such as with pictures--i have pictures from before christmas that i never posted and now i will never catch them up!

we went to the body exhibit down in atlanta where they have a whole bunch of preserved bodies that have been donated to science that they used to show the various systems of the body--totally amazing!! my favorite was the cardiovascular system. incredible. we went to see madea goes to jail at the movies and topped it off with yummy thai food. can you see us in the window? --alas, the only picture to document maria's 24th birthday. but we still had fun!!

anyway, those are a few things from the past few months...but there is much more left out. oh well. just going to have to start from here and move forward, right? this week was crazy here in GA--we went from having a crazy freak snow storm last weekend (the only snow of the winter!!) which caused a snow day for me (yay!) to beautiful 75 degree weather this weekend! just in time to help prepare me for florida sunshine :) i'm headed down to naples for spring break with the parentals which should be refreshing and relaxing.

i tell you what though, it is always this time of year and this type of weather that makes me really really miss playing soccer. high school practices after school and intramurals at asbury...both are dearly missed. i will just have to drown my sorrows at the beach.
