yay!

i am done with my 2nd semester of grad school. it feels so very good. sometimes the crazy crunch right before the end makes the end that much sweeter. this might be a good case for procrastination, but the more i kill myself, the more i am convinced that procrastination is not the key or answer or from God. it is from the devil. lol. one day i will learn.

in the mean time, i have a little break to enjoy life without deadlines :)

i plan to:

-be more in the Word, hopefully memorize some scripture, study a bit more
-read a few books that i have been wanting to read but haven't had time to
-eat a little better, cleanse out the system so-to-speak
-try out "jillian's 30-day shred"--yep, it is a shred of the body with jillian from the biggest loser :)
-clean my room out a little more, clean out my car (yes, i have to make this an actual task)
-work more for the first half, travel to haiti in the second half

yes you read correctly--i am going to haiti! yay i can't wait to go visit my friend matt and stacey who are teaching at a seminary there for haitian pastors. i have been wanting to visit and i finally will be able to! the Lord provides ;) i can't wait to experience all they have been doing, hold little lily again, and spend time time with some dear friends (and my little brother james who is coming with me)

thanks Lord for a break. i am grateful for it.
